The vast, vast majority of people who are living in the United States illegally are there because the U.S. offers a chance at a better life for them and their families not because they have "the destruction of it in their hearts".
It wouldn't make a lot of sense risking life and limb to get to the U.S. so you can work and support a family only to get here and destroy that which provides the opportunity to do so.
Is that the intent of the Hispanic mob in LA? Who have recently been found growing dope in Ohio? Yeah, their really have the best interest of the country in mind! Or how about the Russian mob?
Very simple, we live in a nation of Laws. Illegal is the key word. People who are illegals put THEMSELVES outside of the system. By doing that they support all of the bad guys who prey on them to keep them here. Thereby giving yet another money source for the under world.
How much of our 10.2% or more unemployed could be gainfully employed if the 12 - 20 MILLION illegals were where they originally came from. MANY of the illegals are well educated. They got here by overstaying their education visas. If they are so worried about making a better life for their family, why not go home a put effort in fixing THEIR COUNTRY rather than sucking the life out of ours.

the foundation of this country is because of immigrants. Quit frankly unless you are native american, you are an immigrant to. Please keep it mind the constructs of this country is for all people of all races and all creeds.
it annoys me so much when people say that. I'm not an immigrant. I'm a 6th generation Texan. my family has been here forever and were NOT slaves. they came here on their own, legally. I don't think it's fair to be considered an immigrant when this is *MY* country. I was born here.
next, when I say I don't want illegal immigrants coming over, that's what I mean. *ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS* there's nothing wrong with hard-working, law abiding people from different countries coming here for a better life. to me, that's the point of this country.
also, illegals DO get welfare, free medical care, schooling (including college) and they DON'T pay taxes. how is that in any way, shape, or form, fair to tax paying legal citizens?

I believe that one of the steps in controlling this issue is the driver's license bureaus. I have been told, you can confirm the truth of this, because it is just a rumor at this point, that there are about 10 states in which the driver's license is not valid as a form of id in other states for purposes of getting a job, etc. Apparently, the databases of these states dmv's were hacked into or compromised within the past years. Id's were switched out or stolen and covered up in the databases.
Remember also, that with a black market for kidney organs, etc, and other body parts, the permission to give away your body parts is on your driver's license. Many illegal aliens enter the country for one purpose. A new body organ. sad but true. or to make money off the illicit industry.
We must take the organ donation permission off of the driver's license in this country, and possibly it will prevent immigrants from stealing our identities, and give them less of a reason to enter our country and ruin our lives with illegal activity.
This is just an opinion, not necessarily a confirmed truth.

| What a joy it is to join a GOP based forum on just an important topic and find it's been overrun by some hit and run Liberals. I know there are some Conservatives that just have a diiferent opinion of things.But when all you want to do is dump on everything Conservative,using all the labels and naming names,and without a positive thought in your discourse,please leave it where it belongs...on the DNC webpage.Thank you very little!!!My next comment will be on topic.

| OK On the subject of borders.How many of you posting in this forum live in a border state? I haved in California for thirty years,and in Texas two years. I dislike illegal immigration for a multitude of reasons.It is like other problems that face us today.We looked the other way because of loudmouths calling us demeaning names, because we thought we were doing "good". All of a sudden we are paying for servces for hundreds of thousands, and a bunch of them are robbing and killing us. Shall we keep doing "good" or should we put a stop to the stupidity.Even though the majority of illegals are incrediably nice, I don't want to pay for their illegal actions.In the time it takes them to establish their cover and find enough work to live here,they could be legal citizens.Oh, believe me I am more ticked off at our government for letting it continue.And I blame Liberals the most.They are always the ones to coddle people like this to get their votes.No illegals can't vote,but their family and friends that are legal can.Once again Republicans on the Hill don't want to be called names by Liberals, and Liberals will block any and all Legislature and funds to stop illegal immigration.Oh yeah ther are Republicans like McCain who don't think it is a priority, but he is wrong also.
